Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations and re-schedules within 24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

Cancellations

Late arrivals will result in reduced time seeing your little one. Clients are considered a no-show if more than 15 minutes late without notice and will be charged 50% of the selected service amount. We understand that life happens, so give us a call and we will be happy to work with you for a re-schedule.

Late Arrival / No-Shows

Occasionally, our little ones just don’t want to cooperate making it difficult to get a quality image. We will do everything we can to get a great image, but due to the unpredictable nature of fetal ultrasounds there are no refunds for services rendered. However, we are more than happy to re-schedule and try again within 2 weeks if needed at no charge.
